Content Policy

You may use WriteAs.pro only for lawful, non-deceptive, non-infringing purposes. You are responsible for the prompts, files, training data, model metadata, outputs, external publication, and downstream uses associated with your account.

• Content you do not own or have no right to use for AI training or commercialization.
• Training corpora assembled from pirated, paywalled, leaked, or unlawfully accessed sources.
• Personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or regulated data uploaded without authority.
• Materials uploaded in breach of client contracts, employment duties, or platform terms.
• Datasets intended to mimic a real person without the rights required for that use case.

• Sharing a model that represents a real public figure, celebrity, politician, athlete, journalist, executive, or private person without explicit written authorization.
• Suggesting that a generated output is an authentic statement, endorsement, or official communication of a real person or brand.
• Creating fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake references, fake support replies, or fake regulator, bank, or government messages.
• Creating or sharing models whose name, summary, examples, or tags are designed to imply false endorsement.

• Fraud, phishing, social engineering, scams, or other deceptive activity.
• Defamation, harassment, targeted abuse, threats, or doxxing.
• Spam at scale, mass-generated SEO abuse, or manipulative bot content.
• Disinformation, covert political persuasion, or deceptive campaign messaging.
• Illegal sexual content, child safety violations, hate content, or violent extremism.
• Unreviewed legal, medical, financial, tax, or regulated professional advice presented as authoritative.

WriteAs.pro may moderate prompts, files, model metadata, and outputs before, during, or after publication. Enforcement may include rate limits, visibility restrictions, warnings, removal of outputs, disabling shared models, withholding marketplace payouts, account suspension, permanent termination, and cooperation with lawful requests.

Shared or public-facing models are reviewed more strictly than private models. Private status does not make prohibited conduct acceptable and does not limit your contractual obligations under the Terms of Service.
