How the legal stack is split
WriteAs.pro operates two different risk layers. Licensed curated personas are managed by WriteAs.pro under separate written agreements with the relevant individuals or rights holders. User-trained models are uploaded, named, configured, and, if shared, published at the user's direction and subject to the user's legal representations, warranties, and indemnities.
- Curated personas: consent-first, licensed, and controlled by WriteAs.pro.
- User private models: private by default, created from user-provided materials.
- Shared user models: public only after model-sharing consent and moderation review.
- Generated outputs: always require human review before external publication or reliance.
