Refund Policy

This policy explains how prepaid credits, failed generations, training charges, and chargebacks are handled on WriteAs.pro.

Credits are prepaid and non-expiring

WriteAs.pro sells prepaid credits. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. Bonus, promotional, referral, and goodwill credits may be subject to separate conditions disclosed at the time of issue.

Automatic refunds for platform failures

If WriteAs.pro charges credits for a generation, training action, or marketplace transaction that fails because of a confirmed platform, billing, or provider-side error, we may automatically restore the affected credits or issue another equivalent remedy.

When paid credit purchases may be refunded

  • Unused purchased credits may be refundable within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds apply only to the paid portion of eligible unused credits, not to bonus or promotional credits.
  • Enterprise, agency, marketplace, and custom order-form purchases may be governed by separate commercial terms.
  • Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

When refunds are usually not available

  • Credits already spent on successful generations, variations, exports, or completed training steps.
  • Marketplace distributions or revenue-share payouts already credited or withdrawn.
  • Complaints based only on subjective dissatisfaction when the generation completed successfully.
  • Charges caused by user prompts, user-uploaded material, user policy violations, or third-party rights issues.
  • Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, WriteAs.pro may suspend your account, freeze credits, disable shared models, and withhold payouts while the dispute is investigated.

How to request a refund

Email billing@writeas.pro with your account email, purchase date, payment receipt, and a short explanation. This policy supplements the Terms of Service.
