Copyright & DMCA Policy
This policy explains how WriteAs.pro handles copyright complaints, takedowns, counter-notices, and repeat infringer enforcement.
Notice-and-takedown
WriteAs.pro respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content, a model, training material, metadata, or generated output available through the service infringes your copyright or related rights, send a notice to copyright@writeas.pro.
What your notice must include
- Your full name, organization name if applicable, contact email, and mailing address.
- A description of the work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL, model identifier, output identifier, or other location of the challenged material.
- A statement of why you believe the challenged use is unauthorized.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
How we respond
We may remove or disable access to the challenged material, pause a shared model, suspend distribution, preserve records for investigation, request additional information, or notify the affected user. We may also act without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to reduce legal risk or prevent ongoing harm.
Counter-notices
If your content or shared model was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@writeas.pro. A counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe the removal was mistaken, include your contact information, and contain any statements required by applicable law.
Repeat infringer policy
WriteAs.pro may terminate accounts, disable sharing privileges, freeze payouts, or permanently block model publication for users who repeatedly upload, share, or publish infringing material or who repeatedly ignore rights-related complaints.
No verification duty
WriteAs.pro does not verify ownership of every file or output in advance. We rely on user representations, moderation signals, and complaint procedures. Users remain responsible for the provenance and legality of the materials they upload and the models they share.
