Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the WriteAs.pro operator identified in the applicable checkout, order form, account notice, or in-product company details. By creating an account, accessing the service, buying credits, uploading content, training a model, or sharing a model, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Legal Center.

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate account and payment information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, API credentials, and shared team access.
• You may not create accounts or use the service if you are suspended, banned, or using the service for a prohibited purpose.

WriteAs.pro offers AI-assisted text generation, model training, model management, moderation, marketplace features, and licensed curated personas. The service may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or restrict features, personas, output formats, or integrations at any time.

Curated personas are a separate licensed layer operated by WriteAs.pro under written agreements with the relevant individuals or rights holders. User-trained models are created from materials supplied by users and remain the responsibility of the user who uploaded or shared them.

• Curated personas do not grant you the right to claim endorsement or authorship by the real person.
• User private models are private by default, but private status does not remove your legal responsibility.
• Shared models may be moderated, delayed, rejected, limited, or removed at our discretion.

You represent, warrant, and agree that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and legal bases needed to upload, process, train on, commercialize, share, and publish the content associated with your account. This applies to files, transcripts, pasted text, prompts, model names, descriptions, tags, examples, style hints, and any other material you submit.

• You may not upload content obtained unlawfully, scraped in breach of terms, or sourced from pirated or paywalled repositories without rights.
• You may not upload client, employer, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so.
• We may rely on your representations without independently verifying every source, file, or claim.

You grant WriteAs.pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, copy, store, process, transmit, transform, moderate, analyze, and use your account content solely to provide, secure, support, enforce, and improve the service for you. We do not use your private training data to build public personas by default.

If we offer an optional opt-in for broader product-improvement use, that use will be governed by the notice and consent settings presented in the product and the Privacy Policy.

If you choose to share a model, you authorize WriteAs.pro to publish an anonymous public identifier, style summary, examples, pricing information, moderation metadata, and other listing details needed to make the model available inside the product. Once shared, your model may be visible, searchable, and usable by other users until it is unpublished or removed.

You remain responsible for the legality of the training corpus, model metadata, and external claims associated with the shared model. We may remove, reclassify, or hold a shared model without notice where we believe legal, safety, fraud, or reputation risks exist.

As between you and WriteAs.pro, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in generated outputs that are specific to your use of the service. Outputs are generated by probabilistic systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or legally risky. You must review every output before relying on it, publishing it, or sending it to a third party.

• You are responsible for deciding whether an output is fit for use.
• You may not present outputs as genuine statements of a real person, company, regulator, or public authority.
• You may not rely on outputs as legal, medical, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice without qualified review.

You must comply with our Content Policy. Prohibited conduct includes deceptive impersonation, fraud, spam, disinformation, harassment, intellectual property infringement, unlawful surveillance, and use of the service to violate any law or contractual obligation.

Credits are prepaid and may be required for generations, variations, model training, or marketplace activity. Prices, credit costs, and bundle structure may change prospectively. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, any applicable order form, and non-waivable consumer rights.

If you believe materials available through the service infringe your rights, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy. We may remove content, disable models, preserve evidence, and cooperate with complaint investigations. Users must promptly cooperate with any rights, privacy, or safety review.

We may warn, rate limit, suspend, freeze credits or payouts, remove outputs, unpublish a model, terminate access, or preserve logs and records where we reasonably believe a policy breach, payment risk, abuse, complaint, or legal issue exists. We may also do so to protect users, rights holders, the public, or the service itself.

The service, curated personas, shared models, generated outputs, examples, moderation, and marketplace features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. WriteAs.pro disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted access, and the absence of errors or harmful content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteAs.pro and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to WriteAs.pro for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; or (b) USD $100.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WriteAs.pro and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, investigations, liabilities, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your uploads, training data, prompts, outputs, shared models, marketplace activity, payments, policy violations, rights violations, or external publication and use of content generated through your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective when posted or when otherwise notified through the service, subject to applicable law. Questions may be sent to legal@writeas.pro.
